Terms and Conditions

1. Services: HappyBoy Montage will provide photography/videography services as outlined in the agreement between HappyBoy Montage and the client.

2. Payment: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure HappyBoy Montage's services, with the remaining balance due 24 hours before the shoot starts (48 hours if a studio booking). If payment is not met on time then the booking will be cancelled. Additionally, bookings made within 24 hours incur an additional £20 charge. Out of hours bookings (Outside of 9pm) will incur an additional £30 charge.

3. Booking Conditions: Clients are required to have a confirmed location, time and date in mind before booking with HappyBoy Montage. All bookings will incur a travel fee (changes depending on location). A grace fee of 15 minutes will be granted, but a late fee of £20 will be required if this time is exceeded. Lateness beyond 30 minutes may result in the booking being cancelled or an additional £40 for every 30 minutes late will be required. The client must confirm on the shoot that everything is running on track at least 4 hours before.

4. Location: The client is responsible for choosing the location and securing permissions for locations and third-party appearances in the shoot. If there are photography/videography restrictions in place at the venue and no suitable alternative, the shoot will be cancelled with full payment still due.

5. Delivery: Happyboy Montage will deliver a link for selection of images to the client after the event and the final edited photographs will be delivered digitally via a link within 3-5 days after selection. Videos will take 7-13 days (Subject to type of booking). An expedited service is available for next day delivery as long as Happyboy Montage is notified at least a day before the booking. It comprises of an additional fee of £30 for photos or £70 for video. If the client requests modifications after receiving the final product, edit fees may apply.

6. Copyright: Happyboy Montage retains full copyright ownership of all images, granting a client a personal, non-commercial use license. The client grants Happyboy Montage the right to use images captured during the session for promotional purposes. Client must notify HappyBoy Montage before booking if they don't want their images to be used. The client may not sell or distribute the photographs for commercial purposes without HappyBoy Montage's explicit consent.

7. Liability: HappyBoy Montage is not liable for any injuries or damages that occur during the event. The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless HappyBoy Montage from any claims, losses or damages arising from the event. Clients are to be aware that all images/footages from the event will be deleted 30 days after the booking.

8. Cancellation: In the event of client cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded. If rescheduling is desired, a new payment will be required (with less than 48 hours notice to the original booking) as it constitutes a separate booking. If the client changes the original booking information, there may be a fee or cancellation of the booking without a refund.
