Lay back, act natural, and let’s take some pictures
This isn’t about a photo session, or even the pictures, it’s about You. Forget about posing and feeling stiff in front of the camera. Imagine going on a walk with an old friend, who just happens to have a camera with them. My process is free and flowy, and my only goal is to capture your true self.
This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?
Before the shoot, try to understand the concept of the shoot then practice some basic poses in front of a mirror or with a friend to become more comfortable in front of the camera. Arriving to the shoot location on time helps you get more relaxed and comfortable.
What should I wear?
Before the shoot, it's essential to have a conversation with the photographer, stylist to get insight on specific guidance on what clothing and styles would work best for the project. Ultimately, the clothing you choose should align with the shoot's concept and your personal style as a model. Don't be afraid to be creative with new styles and looks.
How many pictures will I receive?
The number of pictures you receive from a photoshoot varies based on the type of photoshoot, duration of the shoot, the photographer's style and the agreement you have with the photographer. Keep in mind that it's often better to receive a smaller number of high-quality, well-edited images than a large quantity of mediocre shots.
